Cleaned my vehicle very well had a few issues with the vaccum but the staff was quick to resolve it.
Great. Had everything I needed. Soap and broom bucket for precast of tires and rims. Great wash. Great suction on vacuum hose. No spots left on car from wash.
Not impressed at all. I paid for their top tier wash and still had visible dirt on my back window and the lower portion of my doors. I will not be returning. Other car washes have attendants that actually use brush on back window and spray car before entering the wash, I’ll be spending my money at those businesses.
So I went through and the last brush ripped off my windshield wiper and in the process the metal holder cracked my windshield. Someone called me today and said they watched the video and I slammed it down causing the crack myself because the useless attendant said I never told him anything about it initially which is a lie. Offered me $20 to replace the blade which cost me $30. Basically he called me a liar and now I’m having to pay for the windshield to be replaced because of faulty equipment and a sorry lying attendant. Don’t use them.
Vehicle looks good taking it through this auto car wash. The bonus is free vacuum and towel dry . They also provide window cleaner in spray bottles.
