Exceptional service and professional people are just 2 of the qualities we appreciated about having Kelly Ellner Leiker as our agent during a recent home sale. This agency struggles with communication. They are the realtors for our landlord who is trying to sell our house right now. They give us the 24 hours in advance notice that they are showing our house to potential buyers, and multiple times they have failed to show up to present our house to the buyers. They also have failed to inform us about the buyers not showing up until up to 2 hours after the designated time. I have been frustrated with their ability to communicate with us the tenants and strongly believe that they need to improve upon that within their organization and to stand by their word.
