We are very unhappy with his service. We felt he was underhanded in his pricing...never gave an estimate and told us the job was too small and didn't warrant an estimate. Beware of this! We trusted him and was hit with over a couple thousand dollar bill that other people in the field said it should have been half that. He said he would be here, and didn't call or show up. He left workers unsupervised. He used our tools and left a muddy mess in our garage. Not conscientious at all. Avoid this plumber like the plague.

Tommy was very Professional and punctual! He’s a guy you can trust in your home and does exactly what he says he will do. He is very fair for his work,nWe had a leaking Hot water heater,nTommy will do all my Plumbing work!!

Great service, real friendly, and affordable prices. Called at 10a and problem was resolved by that afternoon. I have already lined up another job with him for next month and recommended him to others.

No answer called several times had an emergency! Didn't even get a call back! My bathroom was flooded. No I didn't leave a message I was too busy trying to get the water up and call other plumbers but in their defense they were not the only ones, I litteraly couldn't get ANYONE to answer their phone! I called every plumber in Cleveland Ga.

I booked an appointment and he never showed. Had a leaking pipe and he left me standing.
