Customer service definitely is lacking. I've never been there so I went to the yard managers office to ask for directions. Upon knocking and saying good morning there was anout 6-8 guys just sitting around. I politely asked where do I go cause I've never been here and they all looked around at each other and said i don't know. And made it seem like me asking them for directions was a problem. Then one said just go over there. Like I'm supposed to know where over there is. Not a very good 1st impression of this place at all.
Very good on the phone and pickup service!
Amazing service, had what I needed, quick transaction, loaded by pleasant folks! Shop local, these people are great!
Very good store of materials and tools, I recommend them to a woman who speaks Spanish for those of us who do not know English
