My item was supposed to be ready on a Thursday. After sending my sister to pick the item up, she was told once she got there that it would not be ready until Friday. I called the cleaners upset as I needed the item on Friday morning and would not have left it had they told me it would not be ready until then. The gentleman who answered the phone told me that I was rude and he would hold the item until later in the day because I had been rude to him on the phone. I asked Covington Police to escort me into the cleaners the next morning so that the item could be picked up without incidence. They did and it was. Additionally, while this is not uncommon for cleaners ,it's good to know before you go. A sign says that credit card purchases are $10 or more so if you are only dropping off one item, bring cash and as much patience as you can.
