Everyone is always very friendly and professional! I will definitely use them any time I need a storage unit. Great company with competitive rates!
Everything is great except when you use the moving truck, they want the truck parked by 10 or they will try to keep your $100 deposit. They are flexible though within reason, I got mine back even being late but I was on property before 10.
Great experience with Castaway! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are even nice when you are leaving.
Castaway Self-storage & Carwash is definitely my favorite car wash! It is always clean, well lit incase i need to go in the evening & overall just looks like a friendly place. Plus I have never seen anything out of order there, I know things break and need serviced so that just means that for me to never see it they are up to par with maintenance on everything at their business & i love that!
For the car the auto car wash you get the benefits of paint safe touchless, but the disadvantage of it being less effective. But there is the diy wash booths where you can get both effects in one. But everything is working, not run down, and of good quality
