Most the employees are very helpful, kind and out going. I want to thank Gregg, Richie, Cameron, Claudia, and April and Barbra. There are some rude employees who are rude and disrespectful very time I see them. These employees are Erin, Clayton, and Amanda. Over all the good out weighs the bad. I’ve been keeping a close eye on everyone and thought it was time to comment. I would be disappointed to come to find out the good employees left, they do such a great job and you can tell they care about the customers.
All work boots are light colored no all black boots for my uniform I would expect to at least get the color I need if I'm going to spend $200 on a pair of boots
Very difficult and rude manager named Richie!nHis staff is very helpful. Sarah went beyond her job requirement to help us.nDo not buy a Coleman UTV from Tractor and Supply and esp the Covington store. They plan to sell the one I took back with transmission and more Issues. You will have to go thru corporate to return it and I was told by Richie that the District Manager from Corp was in on all the trouble we had from this store including returning our UTV for one and it had been dropped and was busted up. Just stay away !
I have never seen such disrespect from management as I saw tonight in this store. The eye rolling and disregard to other employees was ridiculous and uncalled for. The so called manager “Sara” needs a different job.
