Chris the service tech came out very quickly. He asked some questions about what the system was doing and jumped right on it. I was working within the hour. Chris is very professional and his knowledge and explanations were spot on. I am very happy with my HVAC unit and the service that Chris provided.

Incompetent and Dangerous. BE CAREFUL THEY DON'T BURN DOWN YOUR HOME. The technicians from this company are untrained and unsafe.nnAfter bringing the wrong size unit, and deciding (then changing their mid) that water needed to be shut off to everyone in tower of the condo building, they installed a HVAC that doesn't cool and doesnt turn off. Not to mention they BURNED MY COUCH while using a blow torch without any protective equipment!nnThey left the doors off of the HVAC closet and the warm air running nonstop all night with no way to turn it off. There are scuff marks and dark soot stains all over my floor. We are still waiting on a resolution and considering a full return and starting over with a new company, but the experience has already been so frustrating I strongly recommend NOT using Cool Air Mechanical.
