Best service was provided by Metodi. He identified problems, thoroughly explained them, best fixes and showed final results. He also explained maintenance and easy fixes I could do myself. He was very patient and detailed in his communication.
I was informed by the main guy that my insurance would take care of everything with them, and I wouldn’t have to do anything. Since this happened in December, I’ve gotten dozens of bills from Roto Router charging me the full bill, after State Farm said they had sent them a check and it was cashed! State Farm sent a check to me also.. A few days ago I got a threatening message that there is a Lien on my property! I got frustrated last week, and just mailed them a $10,088.00 check, which the claim gal said was too much! There will be an overpayment from me in addition to State Farm paying them. Not sure how I got in the middle here, but I will never again recommend using this company if you are filing an insurance claim. This has caused me great distress!
