We had a GREAT experience with Property Medics. Lead by Project Manager Marcus, who was totally on top of everything, and by Jerry and others on the team who did not only what we originally asked for, but a good number of after the fact items, which they did with ease and no push back. I highly recommend the company, Marcus, Jerry and all of the team that we worked with - they were GREAT! They were alos exceptional when working with our insurance company and recommending cabinetry and granite providers, as well. Do yourself a favor - hire them!

Very fast response to our sewer backup, drying process started within hours of making the initial call. Max and his team took great care of us during the mitigation process and helped communicate with insurance the proper repairs needed to get our house back to normal. Would recommend to everyone!!

I recently experienced a water loss due to hot water heater. Fortunately, Property Medics was assigned to take on my project. Unknowingly, the water loss had occurred over time therefore there was evidence of mold & mildew. the mitigation crew that came in was excellent. They diligently cleaned & treated the floors inside and under the house as well as replaced the plastic covering under the house.nThe workers, Edgar and Cesar were professional & kept me abreast of what they were doing. They called each morning to advise me that they were on their way. They were prompt each day, and they cleaned up their work daily & left my home in good condition. I truly appreciate the respect and care they showed me by caring for my property. Thks guys.

I was referred to Property Medics of Georgia for based on a crawl space drain pipe repair issue with my house. Before I could resolve that I needed to have crawl space cleaned, treated, and protected. I they came out for an estimate and walked me through the process to ensuring understood the complete assessment. Considering my urgency to have the work done in order to close the gap on getting the drain repaired; they came out the next day and completed the crawl space restoration. The crew was prompt, courteous, and very detailed in providing me the status of the project. The restoration gave me great confidence that future issues would not arise. They have dehumidifier equipment to ensure the moisture was pulled out and picked equipment up after the drain repair was completed. A very professional organization from start to finish!

These guys came over really fast. They did did what was required and nothing more. I felt like I was treated very fairly. Polite and responsive. They saved my oak floor, which I could not believe. They had to tear out some ceiling in my basement. They did it quickly and neatly. And then got it completely dried out. Happy with these guys.
