I've been using these guys twice a month for ~4yrs. This cleaner has done an excellent job every time. When buttons were missing from my shirts they sewn replacements buttons on. Bonus!
The customer service was very professional! I had two employees named Nahomy and Canyon helping me, they assured me that my items would have a coupon applied and that it would be ready the next day. They also provided a lot of information about the pricing which I appreciated. Will definitely come back
Young fellow delivery driver stopped by and dropped some free sample with a coupon in my mailbox. I went outside and instead of him leaving the scene, he got out of his truck and introduced himself and about Tide Dry Cleaners of what they had to offer. Really outstanding of his performance that I’ve ever seen. Will definitely use this service when I go back to work!
