Zerorez was fantastic to work with! I was able to book online, which made it easy to find a time that fit in my schedule, and received a confirmation text message the day before as a reminder.nnWhile we booked a three-hour window for arrival, we did receive a text message letting us know the technician was 15 minutes away. The best part was they arrived early (!!!), which never happens.nnThe technician, David, was polite, informative, and professional. I would highly recommend this service and company.

Steve was amazing. He was extremely professional, answered our questions, and had a pleasant personality that makes you feel like you’re working with a friend. The carpet cleaning itself was impressive! It took very little time to clean 3 rooms and a hallway. Our carpet looks like new and I wish we had called them sooner! I would definitely recommend them to anyone on a budget but wants their carpet looking immaculate .

Zerorez did an excellent job as always. Joshua B. is a terrific ambassador for Zerorez. He took the time to explain the cleaning process for the upholstery and the area rug. Our upholstery fabric required a dry cleaning method, so it was very beneficial to learn about the process before he started. He was very patient as I had to make adjustments to my order. He did a thorough job and was friendly throughout the job. I will definitely call Zerorez again.

Ryan and Caleb came to clean the ducts and sold me an air purifier. They were so awesome! They were both very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about everything I asked them. They were open to ALL my questions and answered every one of them. I could tell that they knew what they were doing, it showed! I talked to Ryan, quite a bit and he explained every step to what they were doing, the benefits of the duct cleaning and air purifier. He didn't give me empty promises or tell me what I wanted to hear. They are great representatives of this company and even told me what a good company it is and how long they've been in business. I feel like they were very honest about everything! Any company should be honored to have Ryan and Caleb working for them! Thank you guys, it was a pleasure and I feel like I chose the right company to do what I needed done and I I absolutely will tell everyone I know to use this company!
