Nicolas did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. He called that he was on his way, arrived on time, reviewed with us what was to be done, walked through the house with me to count supply vents and returns then estimated his completion time. He definitely seemed to know what he was doing & he courteously took time to explain/answer any questions we had. He worked diligently throughout the day & did a good job of cleaning up when finished
On arrival I was shown just how filthy the return vents were. Storm Air also throughly explained the process. It was very gross to actually see what was in the return vents but there is no question that it was needed. Storm air also gave some tips to keep the area clean and smelling fresh. The before and after is amazing!!
Some confusion about the additional price beyond the Angie list offer but it worked out fairly. They got in quickly and did the job. Very competent. I would hire them again to do this work. They did two seperate HVAC systems and the dryer vent.
I had purchased vent cleaning. Read details of what is included. I ended up paying additional cost and actually found a coupon on their website for cheaper price. Wish I'd known more about what I was purchasing. They did a great job though.
