One property manager recommended him for the carpet cleaning for my 2600 sf house which was vacant by eviction, because i did not know whether to replace the carpet or just do cleaning. The house was indeed in bad shape. Trevor looked at house and offered me lots of additional stuffs including garbage collection, power wash and deep cleaning. He itemized all these and gave me all the quotes. I was happy because i did not need to call for different services. I agreed with all of his offerings.nnThey came for two trips, 1st day's garbage collection and power wash, and last day's deep cleaning. I was disappointed with the deep cleaning service. My house ended up with getting all the walls painted & all the carpet replaced. So the deep cleaning job is mainly for 3 bathrooms & 1 kitchen. Trevor came around noon time and worked until 6~7 pm. Then suddenly he told me that the Oven was burnt so he was not able to clean it (but it was still functional). Lots of cleaning jobs (but he did not specify details) so he had to raise the price from original quote $210 to $350 (but he came for the estimate first and gave me the number). Although i was reluctant, but eventually i did pay him $350 after his service (because lots of professional deep cleanings charge around this amount).nnI had to buy a new Oven then. My PM checked it and said they did not vacuum the new carpet (this should be included in the standard deep cleaning service), and the master bath floor and shower door were still dirty. The tenants said that they did not clean all the AC registers. I was trying to ask him back to do the corrections. I told him either he came back or returned me some money. First he replied he would, then he said he was out of country so i had to wait, and at last he did not response at all. At the end I had to call for another cleaning service to correct the problems.nnI do not know how to describe this service. All I can say here is it is not professional. He came and did the quota first, say nothing about the oven, then suddenly he told me he could not do the oven and raised the price about 70%. The afterwords non-responsive is totally unacceptable. I would say here is that they are not good at deep cleaning service.

Trevor was very personable and friendly. He did a great job on my carpet. I had 6 rooms and my stairs done and they all look very clean and smell good. Oh and my carpets weren’t overly wet like some companies leave the floor. I would definitely recommend him.

I called this company on Thursday and they were able to squeeze me in on their schedule by Monday. Trevor showed up and was super professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets that our tenants almost destroyed. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
