SCAM ALERT!!!!nI recrntly noticed that whenever I dropped off a few shirts to be laundered and starched, Hi-Tech always charged extra (~$5/each) for at least one or two shirts that required “special” handling (usually hand ironing). Sometimes it was the same shirt that required no such special care the week before. When I asked, I never got a reasonable explanation. On my last visit, I asked the manager (lady) to go through each of my shirts with me to check for any that might require special care and additional charges. She verified that none would. But when I picked them up, I had $10 in additional charges. When I contested the charges and explained that she had previously said there would be none, she acted like she didn’t understand me (which was BS).nnBE WARNED!!! I am pretty sure they just use this as a way to jack up their revenue without anyone noticing. I suspect many people don’t check...I didn’t until recently.

I would avoid these people if possible. There are several cleaners around them that are much better. Scam Alert BEWAREnnBe very careful by making sure they don't do the bait and switch cleaning routine like they did with me. I took in three shirts for dry cleaning and when I picked them up they said that they were hand laundered which runs four times the amount with no notice at all.Make sure you clarify with them that you were having items dry cleaned. They try to act like they don't understand your English when you try to reason with them. I have been here a few times before with marginal results apart from this incident.

Well, I am very very very unhappy with my experience here... I walked in needing a dress to be hemmed about 2 inches from the original hem for engagement photos... I needed the garment hemmed by Friday night. I gave her the dress to hem Tuesday night. She would not and I repeat WOULD NOT let me pay right then and there when I was dropping off the garment. The next day I receive a text saying the garment was ready for pick up. I drove up and the garment (only hemmed at the bottom-nothing else ) was a total of $92. Shocked, I asked “why is it so much?” She said “you said you need it by today.” I told her no, I said Friday night. Then, she proceeds to call me a liar.... I have learned my lesson that I will not be back. The hemming of the dress cost more than the actual dress itself... DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

Terrible service. They charge extra randomly when no extra service is rendered. Be sure to check your bill closely if you do decide to go.nnEdit: Company responded to this saying that I wasn’t in the system and that’s correct because it is in my husbands name. I’m not the only one with similar review and this honestly goes to show they don’t care about the customers or fixing the problem. What a joke. Stay away at all costs.

I’ve used them weekly for my dry cleaning since moving to Peachtree Corners. They are fast and friendly, and I’ve never had even a single small problem. They’ve also altered my suit jacket sleeves and hemmed slacks. Great folks!
