Left my clothes there after 3 months durin the pandemic went there today after paying 290$ cash for alterations and they told me they won’t correct the mistakes due to the length of time the clothes were there , needless to say iam done wit Q’s Cleaner and the old lady there was rude

They ruined my coat! I wish you could give negative reviews!! Ripped the down parts and the steamed lines are mismatched! The owner refused to give me my coat back and pulled it out of my hand as he shoved me. Disgusting place!! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!
