This is a great dry cleaner.nPeople are very friendly and professional. The place looks clean and well maintained unlike some other cleaners. My clothes look great.nI will definitely use this place again.
Stay away! Awful service!nnPrepaid for dry cleaning a down jacket, but was notified the day before scheduled pickup that the price was misquoted becuase they didn't realize it was a name brand jacket. Designer Cleaners refused to honor the original price, even though the price had been paid already, however staff agreed to a minor discount because this was a mistake on their part. At time of pick up, the owner refused to honor the discount offered, refused to acknowledge that this was their mistake, and called the customer a liar regarding discount offered. Owner subsequently hid the jacket, stating she would not hand over the jacket (already prepaid for services rendered) unless the additional sum was paid.nnThe price difference is not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes, however to not apologize when customer is inconvenienced, and more importantly to accuse a customer of lying and question their integrity without a shred of evidence, is inexcusable. Will never give this drycleaner my business again.
They are professional and experienced here. Friendly service and my clothes came out great. Prices are competitive.
