It was great....
I am very disappointed that I was swindled and my card was over charged $28 for a $12 job. I told the lady before I left that I wanted a gem and press. She told me $12 and she wasn't charging me for the press. My receipt says $12, but the woman at the counter (not the woman that initially helped) over charged my card $28! This is the only cleaners that Ive used since I moved here 9 years ago and was disappointed with them charging my card knowing the ticket said $12. Telling me the other woman made a mistake! If it was a mistake this woman did not have the respect or customer service to talk to me before swiping $28 from my card. I would think twice about patronizing this business. If I knew how to upload the ticket and receipt I would. I'm totally disappointed and disgusted. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED! Their business practices are unethical and crooked!
I love this place. My clothes are all together with a hanger and clear plastic over the clothes. They are professional and I love the services.
Best service around
The people that work here are friendly and courteous and I have never had an issue with my clothes. I also like that they put prices on the pickup ticket. Most cleaners tell how many items on the pickup ticket, but not the price. The prices are also reasonable.
