I set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. Gloria called me 30 minutes before she was supposed to be there to cancel the appointment for a later date which was the next day. Today, she called with an excuse as to why no one would be able to assist me then wanted to change the date again. No thanks. Everything is canceled. They are so unprofessional and ghetto. I booked another company. This is a prejudice company and they will put white customers ahead on black customers. I wish I could give zero stars
Zanzibar was very responsive and was able to meet my needs in a short time frame. Stella and Margrett did a great job deep cleaning my new home and it truly was the best welcome!
