Nice and clean. Place is usually pretty busy when I try to go so I've always gone elsewhere but tonight it was not as busy. Washers are cleaned after every use which is important especially during this time. The staff is very helpful. Only downside is that you have to use a card for laundry. They are a cashless service which sucks because I save quarters just for laundry. You have to load money to a card issued by them. Overall though pretty good experience.
Place is clean and neat. Covid protocols are followed. You can get your laundry done in about an hour. Minimal contact as you use cards to work the machines not coins. Staff will do laundry for you if you want. Good job! Much better than most apt. Laundry rooms.
I frequent this location all the time. It is very clean and sanitized. The dryers are very hot. It is worth the price that you pay.
Awful place that forced me to purchase a “laundry card” to swipe and made me pay a dollar just for it. Then I lost more money on the card because the dryer left $1 for what I had Pre-paid ($9 on their swipe laundry card). They didn’t allow quarters, it was terrible, and I’ll never go back. THEY EVEN CHARGED EXTRA FOR HOT WATER! I’d rather wash my clothes at Two Guys or my own Bathtub for now! A complete hustle and swindled me out of several dollars in “charges” that weren’t actually used to wash the clothing and that I’ll never get back because I’m NOT RETURNING HERE just because there is a Dollar left on a Swipe card.
Very clean & spacious, also love the idea of them having an entertainment section for kids! Plus the machines are practically brand new well maintained!
