Best product and prices. Less discretion and discernment. We spent $8000 in cedar on this house, and they won’t guarantee me a dark 1x10 fill to complete my column wrap. I’ve made probably 20 orders with them through the years, all well. Now I have to go custom match and stain 1 side of a column to match the other sides because my last order had 3 dark pieces and 1 clear, and they say they don’t have time to pick a dark piece for me. I didn’t even ask to return the light piece. I just wanted to get a dark to match. They said “if we do it for you, we have to do it for everyone.” What’s wrong with serving all your customers...? I’ll probably wind up using them again, but I won’t if I have an option. I just hate that years of good orders is soured by something that would take less than 1 minute to accommodate.
Stopped by to place an order, having never used Norcross Supply previously.nA worker outside the gate told me I had to speak with the supervisor who he pointed out was just inside the gate wearing the hat. I walked inside the gate where I found the supervisor in conversation with an employee on a towmotor and another gentleman. They were laughing and telling each other stories. I stood about 10ft in plain site of the supervisor for 5 to 7 minutes, then I left . He never even acknowledged me or asked me what I wanted. Granted my order was under $ 10,000 , but he didn't know that. They lost my order and I will be sure to tell all my friends and associates about my experience with Norcross Supply.
