Arrived very quickly, very helpful, nice and professional. Only replaced the necessary pipe but did mention some other things that need to be done in the future and offered to send quotes for those repairs. Very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend
Mike from Rooter Express came right out to fix main drain clog that goes to street. Explained my options, how each one worked and what the process would be, kept me informed from start to finish. We asked a bunch of questions and wanted to see how it was done and Mike allowed us to watch and answered any questions we had. I was extremely pleased with my service and if I need something else I will definitely use again. Thank you Michelle for taking our call and dispatching. Mr. Wright was quick to arrive, assess the job, and provide a quote. He was very professional and the installation went well. The water heater was professional grade and larger capacity than the old one. He was diligent removing the old one and installing the new. He cleaned up after himself and took the old water heater for disposal. If we need work done we know who to call. Thank you!
The tech that was sent out to detect a leak was very professional and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner but their billing process is very poor. I had an insurance claim and needed the hours of work and materials that were not covered by insurance separated so the insurance would pay the proper amount. Insurance covered leak detection and tear out. It took the tech under two hours to run a six foot flex line and attach fittings. The bill was $997.00 for that part and $1437.00 for detection and tear out. The company will not tell me how the repair cost $997.00. They say they don’t figure by the hour so I am stuck with paying for unexplained hours of work. I would suggest anyone using them to get a “written” estimate and any breakdown needed before you use them.nnUpdate. Management finally got involved and rectified the problem I had.
