Just went to drop dry clean off and the woman working yelled at me saying I wasn’t allowed to park in the designated spot. When I tried to explain I was dropping dry cleaning off she still was saying no parking! I said I would just go somewhere else and she said ok! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I couldn’t believe it!
Had a leather jacket with a small tear on the shoulder. Repair looked like a botched job done by a kid in an apprentice crafts class. Had to take it somewhere else to be properly repaired. Also, without my requesting it or permission they decided to clean the jacket for an unauthorized $40
