My experience at the clean n care cleaner was excellent my clothes were crisp and well pressed. I was pleased with the alterations that were done to my clothes. The lady at the register was very polite. Overall, I recommend this cleaner to anyone who is looking for a professional service.
I had a bad experience at this location after getting some Alterations done. The owner yell and scream at me after having a conversation with her about my suit for wedding that I wasn’t able to wear to the wedding. Kick me out and told me to take my business else where. After the messed my suit.
Horrible customer service if there is ever a problem with your clothes! They are unapologetic and insensitive to customer needs. My clothes were lost twice. No compensation for my inconvenience. I will never return to this place and I encourage everyone to go elsewhere!
