A small collection that is pretty well displayed. There are significant works throughout the building as well. You'll probably spend a half hour or less but it's worth a visit. Watch for upcoming exhibits.
A fabulous permanent collection that is one of Atlanta's best kept secrets. Stroll the campus grounds while you're there – there are sculptures on the quadrangle! One of the most intimate, high caliber museums I have seen.
Oglethorpe University Museum of Art is on the top floor of their Library. It is a small museum and the art displayed is eclectic. I had fun there.
It was fantastic! Small quiet venue. Was able to take my time with each piece and the staff was warm and friendly. A beautiful campus!
Enjoyed my visit to OUMA today. Went for Stories Without an End exhibit and though it was a small exhibit, that and the Oglethorpe campus were very nice. The sculptures were beautiful with great info worth further research. A great Sunday afternoon activity- I recommend it.
