I really enjoyed using the Town Cleaners service! They were on time and called me before getting here. When getting my laundry returned they carried it up to my 4th floor apartment. Everything was cleaned and very well folded and it was so easy. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind.

Despite the bad reviews I brought a suit here for a simple dry clean. They burned both the pants and the jacket and fused the fibers in very noticeable locations. I didn’t notice until months later when I wore the suit again.
Took 3 shirts in. Pointed out spots. Got them today and didn't look before I left cleaners. When I got home, I checked and not a single spot was removed. I seriously doubt they were even cleaned. Worse cleaning service l have ever experience. Wish I'd checked yelp before going. Everyone who has reviewed this place has given it only 1 star .. I'd give it negative stars but unfortunately 1 is as low as you can go.
