Brian was excellent. The best of any service that I have had in a very long time. Normally, people are rushing to get the job done, not Brian. He was very professional, attention to details, friendly, hard working, knowledgeable, and the list goes on. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone. The technicians contacted me via phone to announce their arrival after I had received a text message announcing arrival. They showed up promptly, practiced CDC guidelines, and professionally introduced themselves prior to starting. They inspected the job, explained the process, and provided me with a written estimate prior to starting the job. They carefully cared for my home and personal property during the process. Did an excellent job with my old carpet and finished the job faster than I expected. The total experience was excellent, and a great team of gentlemen. I highly recommend using this team and this company. They exceeded my expectations and were extremely friendly and cordial.

The technician Jesus Vargas was very professional , prompt and did an excellent job. I hope that Stanley Steemer truly values and appreciate their employees. This young man is very dedicated and driven, he should be definitely considered for a promotion. He is definitely leadership material. You guys a blessed to have him in your Company. If I ever need services again I would use you guys again and I would ask for Jesus Vargas.

Duct/Vent CleaningnnLouis Rodriguez did an awesome job!nI was very pleased with the job he did cleaning the duct/vent system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained and showed us everything that he was doing. I will be calling again for them to come back in the future to clean my other unit.
