I have been using this cleaners for about a year. And normally it is a Hispanic female there who is very nice but this last time a guy was there when I came in. He did not greet me when I spoke to him. He just proceeded to walk right pass me to the computer. He didn’t even ask what I needed. He just passed me a ticket with whatever the heck he wanted to put on there and he got an attitude when I told him that’s not what I came for. He had a horrible and unprofessional attitude. I have no clue what his name is but I just know I will be taking my business to another cleaners.
Great service, fair price.
Just had an argument about an alteration, the individual argued with me that the alteration was not done there even though I had a receipt for it. They have lost my business, there are plenty of other dry cleaners around.
Great and fast service! Best dry cleaning and alterations in this area.
I decided to give this location a try because I wanted to have alterations done the same day. On the outside it says same day service. I feel that this is false advertisement. Additionally, when I walked in the.nrepresentative was not very welcome. At first, he just starred with a blank face. I The appeara6is a nice clean dry cleaners/ alterations shop. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. This is my first and last visit.
