I paid $15 for two lab coats and this is the result. Lab coats appeared uncleaned. Was not ironed neatly and felt heavy, like it had too much starch. I had to wear the items to work the next day so I was not able to wait and come back to have the items cleaned for the second time. I requested a refund and explained that I have had these items dry cleaned before and I was always impressed with the cleaning service. Additionally, I had to go to Walmart to purchase detergent and clean the lab coats at home. Not only bad service, store owners made me feel like it was my fault my items was not cleaned properly. I would not recommend this cleaner company.
