Lost $5 in their coin changer. It has a card reader on the machine that you put quarters in but it doesn't work either. Better than $10 to wash my vehicle and it still isn't entirely clean because the brushes suck. Oh and got some black, greasy gunk on my hands from the water hose. Every number I found to call for them doesn't work so go there at your own risk.
We used the touchless automatic wash. It did not put soap or wax on the passenger side of our vehicle. You also cannot see the time remaining on the dryer so our truck was not fully dried. After our truck dried, there were two straight lines of unwashed spots down each side. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. This was the worst car wash we have ever used.
