Good folks, they do a great job
Highly do not recommend. Out of all the dry cleaners I have ever used (which have been many) this one is by far the worst. Clothes repeatedly do not smell clean when picked up and are often full of wrinkles. When called the employees act like the children which is not surprising considering the only ones I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with are either young college students or high school students.
This is probably the worst cleaners in statesboro. I took my dark blue sweater to be cleaned. When i went to pick it up the color was faded and noticed possible bleach stains. I took it back to the cleaners to talk to the manager. She (the manager) turned it over to the store owner (Eddie). She told me the owner would contact me. A week and half goes by and I don’t hear.. I had to call everyday to even get a response.. When i finally get a phone call from the owner he basically tells me they had nothing to do with my sweater being tarnished. I wasn’t even looking for a full refund. I was not a once a month customer. I definitely deserved a little more respect than that. I took clothes there every week. I definitely will not be going back.
My clothes are nicely pressed and smell fresh when I pick them up. My husbands dress shirts look so nice, too.
