It took 2 extra days to get my clothes back after being told it would be ready the next morning after I dropped them off. When I went to pick the clothes up my tuxedo dress shirt was still stained badly. On top of all that they lost my cuff links that were my grandfathers.
This is a review for the location on Fair road since it is not listed in google maps. First things first, when i called the inquire about services the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to drop something off on a friday. She said it would be ready on monday because they dont do pick ups on saturday. Fair enough. I go back on monday (today) twice and by the end of the day one of my pairs of pants wasnt ready. I get my husbands dry cleaning, take it home, and tonight he opens it up to see all of his ties are covered in stains - and get this - some of them are new stains! Absolutely unacceptable. For the prices to be higher than other dry cleaners i have been to in the past i expect the stuff to be clean! I will be coming back this week and i am expecting a refund for the terrible service.
