Krista explained the process of ordering online...since I wouldn't receive both items I wanted at the same time. Voila! I got my first item within two days and my second item five days later. Had I ordered them together, I would still be waiting. It was a very important dog food order and I can't let my Beau wait on food! (: When I realized I needed treats for him, I went into the store and Monica helped me. She talked to me about several of the items and I bought what she gives her dog and Beau loves them! This store is AMAZING! If they don't have what you want, you can still get it within a very reasonable time. The store is beautiful, clean and the folks who work here are very knowledgeable, friendly and they treat me respectfully. Their prices beat Chewy and Petco!! Krista and Monica are great!! Thank you for making me enjoy my shopping experience.

I ordered two sets of rain boots from the Statesboro store received a confirmation of my order via text. Went to the store on the 15th to pick up boots and was told my order was canceled due to them only holding items for 4 days (LIE- their policy states 45 days). So I am very flustered as having driven 62 miles to pick up these Christmas presents. Then as I'm searching my email the young girl LAUGHED and said she remembered canceling the order as soon as it was received due to lack of product on shelf. I did not receive a text of the cancel but an email that actually went into a junk folder so I missed that. And the money for the order was held in pending in my account for a couple of days. So I walk over to where the boots are and low & BEHOLD... the boots are in stock on the shelf. Which the girl told me I could buy at store price! Nevermind that the online price was cheaper; I'm guessing that's WHY my order was cancelled. Monica J. was the only person who apologize for this debacle that I felt was genuine. I'm very frustrated and disheartened with the other people at this store as we are all pushed to order online as much as possible due to covid-19. But it doesn't help customers if the retail store does not uphold their end of the SALE. So does tractor supply reimburse me for my gas, my mileage on my vehicle and most important my time with their cancellation of a customer's order?

Called to see if they were open. A lady named Monica (pretty sure that's what she said) answered, and she was kind of rude and did not offer to tell me when the store would be open in the morning. I bid her a good afternoon and thanked her, and she just hung up on me.
