customer service is terrible, me and my dad purchased 3 handrails from there. Toni was supposed to be the one to help us, he showed us where the rails were located and that is about it!!! my dad had to take the handrails off the shelf and me and my dad had to walk them threw the store. While Mr. Toni walked behind us laughing. Taking into consideration i’ve work in customer survive and i understand if you’ve had a long day but there is no excuse for such laziness and ignorance.

I contacted these people to buy materials to build my house and from the start they never returned my emails about the truss designs after waiting a week to get an email from there salesman I had to call and ask what’s going on finally I got a salesman and told Him to order my windows ,after waiting the weekend. No response from the salesman I called him and left a message after two More days of no return phone call I went and got the windows at Home Depot instead. 4000 bucks.after calling the branch manager to see why there salesman was napping under his desk he finally returned my call.nThen after deciding to never deal with these people again I was in need of framing materials so I gave them another chance called the Eulonia branch again to make the order and the manager gave me the number to another company in Savannah. This place is a joke and They wasted a lot of my time and patience. 60k in building material sales they lost to incompetence. Go figure!!
