I always have a good experience when I visit there. Upper management must be doing something right because everything runs so smoothly! 5/5 stars!
Used to be a good place to take your car, but after today, I think otherwise. The line was backed up into the street (not their fault as W4 was closed and that’s usually where I take my car). That wasn’t much of a problem, but after the long wait and finally going through the wash, I pulled up to the vacuum station. None of the vacuums were working correctly. No towels provided or window cleaner like usual. The vacuum hose kept making a weird noise, so I looked down it to find a black rubber glove stuck inside the attachment. I got it out thinking it would improve suction, but it wasn’t any better. While the outside of my car is clean, the inside suffered from the lack of proper interior cleaning materials.
The management at Goo Goo was so helpful to me this weekend. After spending an hour vacuuming and cleaning the inside of my car, I was all ready to take off when my car wouldn't crank. The manager was so nice to jump off my car with his own and sent me on my way. He wouldn't take my tip in thanks, instead asked for my recommendation. The employees I encountered and the manager, could not have been more accommodating. The services and supplies they offer are in good working order!
The service used to be better. Now, unless you pay for the upgrade, you dont get a prescrub. Which means the tail gate of my truck doesn't get clean. Too bad, you all used to be good. I wish you well.
Great I pay monthly go anytime no limit and free vacum love it!
