The Woman who met and toured us of the facility was lovely. However from day one we experience challenges with the teacher and Director who was less than open to feedback but quick to become defensive. Let me start by saying I was so very excited to enroll my child in the school and had nothing but high hopes for the experience. My bright, observant child who typically loves school, socialization and learning begged me every morning not to take him there and cried uncontrollably as I dropped him off. This is the first experience I’ve ever had with him in any school setting that he behaved this way. I found the staff to be unwelcoming and standoffish and was appalled at the owner/directors behavior and communication with myself and my child. They were judgmental, and when my child was struggling called me at work, raising her voice to me as I could hear my child crying in the background. When I arrived the director had him eating Lunch on the floor of the lobby. My child quickly approached me and told me to please take him home he felt like the teachers hated him and didn’t feel like they would protect him. We switched schools the next day and my child has not experienced an issue since. I hear the school concept is a good one, But would never recommend childcare under this leadership.nnThis absolutely happened at your school and your response is inaccurate.

My children have been attending this school since 2012, and I can say with 100% certainty that no other school in the area has the time-tested curriculum and experience to teach children a love of learning that develops self-motivated skills in creative & analytical thinking. The ratio of students to teachers along with the availability of lessons & materials for learning at different levels have enabled my children to excel and achieve higher test scores that place them well above the national average. Looking back, I count myself & my children very fortunate - they love learning, and love going to this school - it was the best decision we ever made for their future.

Called to discuss and was told they do tours between specific times I can stop by the next day. Stopped the next day and front desk lady said I had to have an appointment after repeating what I was told I was told I could catch up with the tour group. Was led through a room that smelled so strong of cleaner I don't think children would be able to function and told to join the tour. Introduced myself to the tour guide who was then rude so I just left. How can they teach children if they don't have basic organisational skill or staff you can talk to.

I so miss seeing my kids at Tuskawilla Montessori doing their work. Of course they are 20 and 18 now and definitely are where they are with knowledge gained from pre-K through 5th grade Montessori and the classroom manners they learned there. I can still remember public and private school teachers amazement of what my boys knew and were proficient in at their grade levels. I am very proud to have been a Tuskawilla Montessori parent! Twin Rivers Montessori is also part of Tuskawilla Montessori. My boys still enjoy going back to visit with Mrs. Martinez who was their first teacher!
