I came here yesterday to bring my oldest son for his first time inside a train,for a surprise. I cannot explain my emotions here but I can tell you guys the incredible moment that my son passed. Every employee was so nice with my son also the conductor Elsie . My son got microcephalie,adhd and fragile X sindrome. I Thank you everyone of you on that schedule. It was like 12pm when we do A roadtrip, Lakeland thru Tampa. Waoo I will never forget this moment my son either. He was telling me on our way home how incredible was that trip. He want to go agwin,next time i go with my 3 sons together

Wow, train is leaving for New York Penn Station at 6:03pm tonight and will arrive 24hrs from now at 6:50pm...My hometown, N.Y. State ...Take me with you!... Hey a train is a train ...it gets you where you want to go. I Have never been on THIS train, but the station is beautifully clean and quiet inside and the attendant, is that what you call him? (A few months ago) He was very nice, patient and friendly when I asked about tickets and a few different destinations & times even though he knew I was just curious and wasn't going anywhere...Yeah, he was cool with that, very knowledgeable. ...you could tell he loved his job...Awesome job in the travel industry.

Avoid station at all costs. Missed Christmas due to incompetence and lack of common sense. Apparently there’s another train on the track and now we’re 7 -8 hours late on a 35 hour ride ! Ridiculous will need full refund if not double.nYou guys should really reconsider your job titles because conducting a train on time seems to be tooo difficult for you embicils. Thank you for ruining almost 3 days out of my life, let’s not forget to mention when I called customer service they hung up and stated that my lateness isn’t their problem and proceeded to hang up. Thank u again for ruining Christmas for me and my family. Wish I could switch it from one star to no stars. Pathetic. You guys should be ashamed as a whole for this screw up. I will never forget this day.
