I purchased a tree stand on Black Friday using in-store pickup because they said they had it in stock. After waiting hours to be notified they had pulled it (and still not getting an answer), we were concerned they weren’t checking their online orders and drove the half hour to Wakefield to ensure it hadn’t been already sold. We were told their computers were down and they had no idea about online orders. They also didn’t know what they had in stock and they were too busy to help us, even though we were a customer too. They took our phone number and said they’d look and give us a call. Figuring this was a lost cause, we headed back home.nnLate that night as the store was closing, we received a notification that the product was ready for pickup! Alas! While it wasn’t the call we were promised, this was great news! Computers were back working and we could get this holiday season started. Sooo first thing the next morning, back down we go, another half hour each way, only to be told that they didn’t actually pull it, don’t have the product ready, or even in store. In fact, they don’t even have a similar product to give us to help.nnSo now I’m back home, have lost over two hours of my family time during Thanksgiving, gas, and I still don’t have a tree stand. I’ve missed the sales from Black Friday as well. No offer to overnight ship it from another store. No offers to actually provide a solution. Nothing. Just anger and so much frustration.

Its convenient but it takes a month for them to repair a screen for a window if I had known that I would have repaired it myself and not have dished out 20 bucks.
