Paula is great very knowledgeable and courteuos also friendly. Rubin is very knowledgeable but distant not as friendly or courteuos. Even though ive always been sociable and friendly when i go in there Paula thanks me every time. Rubin has never said thanks i dont think he realizes every customer that walks through those doors pays his paychecks and keeps the doors open. Thats employees. The store often times doesnt have what someone needs so i had to drive 9 miles to the main store in crescent city which is a much bigger and more inventory store. They do have a decent inventory for the size of the store. I gave 4 stars because of Paula.
