If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horribly trained officers and office personnel. They are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to community care and assistance.

There are officers who are helpful. Then there are some who are not. I called about a nuisance neighbor. I was constantly cut off trying to explain the situation. The officer on the phone explained to me that it wasn't going to help if I told her and just to let her know if I wanted an officer to come out. I said yes. The whole conversation consisted of me being laughed at by the officer and others in the background. PBSO needs to take over, clean out the foolishness and make this city great. Straighten up this department's act. Instill some professionalism to this department. This was at 6:06 PM. It is now 6:55. Still no officer.

At approximately 12:55pm, an officer at your department, who was attempting to direct parking, started shouting at a citizen - who is nearly 8 months pregnant - over a legal parking spot. Additionally, the same officer refused an available parking spot to my 9 month pregnant wife minutes prior.nnI hope this creates some awareness for how you operate. I’ll connect with my lawyer and with your department to verify everything was handled appropriately.

One of the best police departments in Florida, I went on a Ride along and the entire community loved them, they were very professional, and I would love to start my law enforcement career here.
