Went to buy a patio set, huge box was way high on shelf. Store associate said he'd get it while I grabbed a few other items. When I came back, not only was item down from shelf but also sitting on a flatbed cart and ready to go! What a great experience! Love this Lowes.

Only went in to make a return. Return when smoothly the cashier had absolutely no personality. Didn't greet me when I came up to the counter didn't talk to me until the end when she asked me if I wanted it back on my card or cash refund Thought I was being helped by a zombie

One word. Horrid. General manager and manager should be ashamed. Due to bad management and pay The majority of staff don’t care, Hide from customers, don’t have answers and no desire to help. The few employees that try are clearly hopeless get no support and are scared of being disciplined for doing the right thing. So obviously a management problem. Time to clean house. Or shut this place down. The good employees will find better management almost anywhere else. This is the worst run store I’ve been in Palm beach county. Embarssament.

Csm front end 1.24.21 1:00pm has an attitudennCashier was excellent. Very pleasant.nnAisle 15 section 9 is a total mess. A toddler could keep it better organized. Store inventory shows 3 dozen in stock yet none can be found. Perhaps if it didn't look like someone dumped random bags on a shelf they could find their own inventory to sell.

Friendly staff. Well organized. Few out of stocks. Plenty of parking @ contractor's area. Home Depot's outside rental items should be further away to prevent the bottleneck
