I really like this place. I've been going here since a very young age. I love their products,in my opinion some of the best.
If you are looking for service, this is NOT the place to go. If you have a question, you’re on your own. Nobody offers to help you and if they do, after one question, they walk away to go back to lean on the counter. Sorry to keep them awake! The store in West Palm Beach is fantastic! Lovely sales people and super helpful! I’ll go back there but will never to this location!
Awful. I brought a cabinet hinge to be matched and they matched it incorrectly so it didn't fit.. naturally. I brought it back with a receipt and they said I had to wait for a refund that someone would call me in a few days... 3 weeks passed I went in and they called the Pompano office who told them they could give me a refund. However, I did not have the card I originally purchased it on so they told me they couldn't give me a refund and gave me the Pompono office to call. This is an $11.00 item!! I can't believe they are in business.

Worst customer service ever! Don’t even waste your time by going here. You walk in and you don’t exist - no help and the guy says sorry I was trying to do some other work - and just ignores you. Really?? Keep it up and you’ll be finding other work for sure!!!!!
