I've been a pro member for a couple of years now and I constantly have issues with pick up orders, especially larger orders at this location. The most recent issue happens to be going on right now, I placed an order 2 days ago, I called yesterday late morning to find out the status of my order since it was taking a little long, and I was assured it was being worked on and should be ready soon. I arrived with a u-haul truck to pick up the material and was told it wasn't ready and wait about an hour. I went and grabbed lunch, called after an hour and was told to give them another hour because it had started being pulled but it was abruptly stopped and no one continued to pull my order. I slept in the car for a little over an hour. The order wasn't ready so I called it a day. Got a notification around 6pm! that my order was ready. Added another rental day to my u-haul out of pocket, show up this morning thinking everything is finally good and Ill just grab my stuff and go after a waisted day. Nope! Half my order was pulled, a quarter of it was not in stock but I wasn't notified. I find out as I'm picking up my order. Then it's kind of like I'm a bother to the employees just for asking them to finish pulling my order ud83dude12

I’ve been to this location a few times. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Last time I was there a gentleman named Mike helped me with some moldings. Helped me get in and out much faster than if I did it on my own. I recommend this location for sure.

Busy but ample parking. Store easy to navigate. Garden section is very well displayed. Checking out is efficient with excellent technology.

Went to ace hardware to find some and went to home depot twice in the same night. I had no idea was I was looking for but when I went back to return the things I purchased I was helped by this associate named Emilio in the plumbing department. Very knowledgeable and will definitely go look for him when I need anything in that department that gentleman deserves a ud83cudfc5.

Could we get some basic math courses for the people you have cutting wood? Nothing worse than coming home and realizing it’s all off by 1”. I’m not talking about taking into account the width of the blade or anything like that. There were 3 tape measures right next to the guy and he decided to wing it by subtracting from the length of the wood. It was more of a measure none cut once type of thing. Now I have to load it up and bring it all the way back. At least it wasn’t cut too short I guess so you get a star for that.
