I been going to this Ace Hardware for at least 25years and today I had a not so friendly experience. So now I have to think about going to this location for a while. BEWARE they may try to rip you off!

I was looking for a local alternative to the big box stores but this isn't it. It is too poorly managed and the service is inferior. I spent 35 minutes in the parking lot waiting for a curbside pickup order that they couldn't locate even though I had an email saying it was ready. Also, the curbside routine in ridiculous. The point is to have a touch-less experience but you have to sign the receipt. So the guy is at your car window one foot away handing you the receipt and you have to handle it. Compare that to Total Wine where they put it in your trunk and you hold your ID to the window. They need to put a more capable thinker in this location.

April is the best! Always helpful with a sense of humor. I have a business and anything I have a question about either my equipment, a job or supplies she has knowledge of and walks me through it!

Ace is the place for hard to find hardware. Special nuts and bolts and washers.
