Rick and his team have done various jobs at my home over the last 12 years and there is simply no one else I would trust for my plumbing needs. They recently took care of a huge issue with the plumbing under the concrete floor in my basement and I would have been lost without them. Cant say enough about their quality service.
Have used Hackett plumbing a few times-always cordial, professional on time and do a great job, they have serviced both plumbing and heating needs, in fact replaced my burner in June of this year and it looks and runs great, also has reduced my heating costs, great guys!
Excellent response time fixed problem first time
Thank you to Rick and Rick Jr. for the quick turnaround on my client's kitchen faucet and disposal. We installed a beautiful countertop and asked Hackett Bros for an AM disconnect and PM reconnect.nnThe family was only without water for several hours. No extra trip or service charges, just honest and up front.nnThank you!
I had these guys out to my house to fix a noisy heating pump in the basement, and to do a general review of the heating system, since it hadn't been done in a couple years. Two hours later, they come upstairs and say it's all fixed. Great!nnTwo weeks later, the new pump is making the exact same sounds as before. I called them to express my disappointment that the new pump would make the same sounds so quickly and to have them come out to fix it again.nnI spoke with one of the Hackett brothers, who didn't identify himself, and who seemed entirely uninterested in the fact the work his company had done hadn't lasted a month. He also stated that the pump normally makes that sound, when there are two identical ones working silently right next to it. He said I'd get a call back sometime the next day. A week later, no call.nn1 star, for terrible customer service, and shoddy workmanship. There are many other local plumbers in the area, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere before engaging this company. Unfortunately, I will have to.
