If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate the police and justice system! They never solved my case!

At the moment I am very dissatisfied with the handling of my case with regards to a false domestic violence defrauding done by my estranged wife. I wish to edit this to five stars contingent that due process be completed and our children safely returned to their community home which I have been living alone at desperately in fear while there is ongoing emotional abuses by their mother and her relatives. Due to the police not pressing charges while ignoring my claims and evidences, my children will have irreparable and permanent damages.. what a nightmare. The system needs to be updated. For a while I wondered why no one in DCF was following up, well thanks to the officers in my case seeming incompetent with their handling of this case, I too have permanent trauma. No good father deserves this, and even though I know it will make me stronger, I wish this on no good ma, woman or child. Video cameras show proof of our situation along with Judges orders on her perjury felony charge in Sanford County. She first abandoned the family and house to then return with her parents and kidnap our kids, then alienate me. All with the assistance of the Bofill Law Firm. I wish for lawsuits against every syndicate that enabled this abuse against my person and children.nnWhat is worse, is that they also dropped the ball on a prior case when I was much younger and uneducated on such matters. Permanently lost my first son, while forced to pay monthly child support, and he is now 12. This occurred when he was 2, while I was left for dead at a gas station. Shameful how corruption runs rampant when/where the family proceedings are being handled in my wonderful beautiful city filled with great people. And probing or legal laid only helps a select few. There should be much more transparency on how thats being handled.nnOnce again, I wish to update my rating, once the system shows an update on its minor loopholes that are creating traumatic damages to some of us. Allowed mother to make false allegations of domestic violence against father. Mother used false MDPD police report in DV Court (Judge Victoria R. Brennan) and committed perjury and fraud!! Judge unjustly ordered a No Contact Order thus committing Court Ordered child abuse via parental alienation!!!!

Professional Compliance Bureau Major Shimminger failed to investigate false police report by woman/mother who fabricated an incident of domestic violence. later mother used false police report in biased judge's DV courtroom. Mother violated Florida Statutes 741 and 837 and the MDPD did nothing!
