Very good service
I love this place. They have it all. Chain cut to order,a lumber yard, different kinds of wire and fencing. Medicine cabinets..so interesting. A dying breed of store for sure.
They have an impressive depth to their hardware offerings for a small-box store. Just as important they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that will do everything they can to help you find exactly what you need. Store is clean and well lit. They are also fluent enough in English and were patient enough to answer any questions I had. Prices and stock were better than the last place I went to. Return policy was clearly explained. THIS IS MY NEW HARDWARE STORE.
Wish all businesses were as good as this. Help if you need it. Low/no wait check out. Friendly, no attitude staff. Great selection, fair prices.
Very friendly and courteous staff. A very professional staff was able to guide us thru the extensive process of remodeling our home. The prices were competitive and the service was amazing. We visited other local stores and found a huge difference in prices and service. Also, the showroom was second to none. It has been one of the best hardware stores we have visited. A very courteous staff , great prices and excellent customer service makes us come back and refer friends and family to this amazing place located in the heart of Hialeah. Finally, we have continued to purchase items from their website and the convenience is great. A small store with a big heart.
