Been waiting for a drive through order for 20-30 minutes. We can see food stacked up inside the locked door and nobody is bringing them out. About 15 cars waiting now. I don’t care what it tastes like at this point. Zero stars if we could. The guy next to us just waited for 40 min for food that was sitting on the counter the whole time. Did not tell us it would take 30 min to get cheap fast food. Store run by 17 year olds. Horrible management, horrible service.
Never leave a review especially a bad one but with that being said anytime you order from here something is missing and I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone for over an hour but it has a busy signal which I feel like there is no way they are that busy I just think someone takes their phone off the hook! Honestly the worst
What can I say about taco bell except yummy in my tummy haha no all jokes aside 90% of the time your food is correct and you don't have to go back and complain there workers do know how to read the screens which is a plus when you have an allergy to onions. Thank you Taco Bell
Can't get a chalupa no tomatoes correct, charges for 3 taco and gives one....terrible customer service. Long wait time. The park and wait for food is crazy, its a drive thru supposedly fast food restaurant
They took so long after I ordered at the drive through. I had to pull into the parking lot and waited another 20minutes for my order. Was not impressed will not go there again if I don't have to.
