Cortez Ace Hardware

This is the way a hardware store should be run! What a pleasant experience! I needed some sprinkler/irrigation parts and Kenneth not only showed me where the parts were, he asked me what I needed and helped me find the right pieces. He even showed me a better/easier way of doing it. Now that's customer service!

This place has pretty much everything you need for your home repairs and maintenance. Every time I go there, which is every other day, I get grated at the door by their friendly staff. They are always eager to help you and they are very knowledgeable. Not like the people at those 2 warehouses. You know the big guys. I won't say no names but their stores are huge. The bad part is you can never get any help. And if you happen to find someone who can help they hardly know what they are talking about. Not like the folks at ACE. THEY ARE ON THEIR GAME.

Nice clean store, they will order you what they don't have in stock. The staff are very nice and help.

I have left positive feedback for ace hardware in the past but different store this time. No matter which store I go to in Florida or other states they are all the same. I always get stellar customer service with the help I need and patience with my questions. I go out of my way to go there instead of closer other similar stores.

Helpful, big variety, lots of cute outdoor decorations. Nice big new store.
