Outstanding service from this company. Had a sewage drainage pipe break and flood our basement. I Called them at 8:00 pm, they answered immediately, gave me excellent advice, and showed up on time. Did excellent work on the house, in a professional and informative way, including helping me find and bring in other service companies (septic, etc) as needed. Would definitely call them again.

Friendly and fast service! Bruce and his crew were quick to arrive to the scene and did a phenomenal job with the clean up. They use a safe and environmentally friendly cleaner that allowed us to remain home during the clean up process. Will definitely use this service again.
This was an incredible service! I called and they were at my door and had communicated with my landlord within half an hour on a Sunday afternoon. Our sink had overflown with sewage which ruined our wood floors and made a huge mess. Power Dry was able to clean and sanitize our whole apartment that day. They also came back the next day and sanitized the basement, where the sewage had seeped through!
Power Dry of New England was so amazing and professional throughout our entire experience with them from start to finish and so clear on the process! My husband and I had an unexpected basement flooding due to our town's water system and Power Dry was there to help us through the clean-up.
